How do I get an account?

Affinity NXT accounts are provisioned by Affinity Group for authorized sales team members. You will receive a welcome email with login credentials when your account is created. If you believe you should have access but haven't received your credentials, please contact your organization administrator.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

What devices are supported?

Affinity NXT is available for:

  • iOS: iPhone and iPad running iOS 15.1 or later
  • Android: Phones and tablets running Android 7.0 or later

What permissions does the app require?

Affinity NXT requests the following permissions to provide full functionality:

  • Location: To display customer locations on maps and calculate distances
  • Camera: To capture photos for activity documentation
  • Microphone: To record audio messages and voice content
  • Photo Library: To select and share images
  • Notifications: To receive important updates and alerts

You can manage these permissions in your device settings. Note that some features may not work if permissions are denied.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

Yes, Affinity NXT requires an internet connection to sync customer data, view maps, and access real-time updates. We recommend using Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection while working in the field.

How do I update the app?

App updates are delivered through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can enable automatic updates in your device settings, or manually check for updates in the respective app store.

The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed
